IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE YECHIDUS on the 8th day of Cheshvan, 5749,
the leadership of Agudas Chassidei Chabad gathered to compose a letter that
the Rebbe had directed them to send to all of Anash “while the matter was still
warm”, in order to encourage Chassidim everywhere to take advantage of all of
the resources and assistance that would be provided to them by Agudas Chassidei
Chabad, then and throughout the future.
